Frequently Asked Questions
How does a contractor prepare an estimate?
Our estimates are calculated based on:
- Type, quality, and quantity of materials required
- Labor required to complete the project
- Specialist subcontractors
- Overall size and scope of the project
- Duration of the project
With this information, we’ll draft an accurate quote that stays within your budget.
Are you insured?
Yes! Every member of our team and every subcontractor we employ is fully insured. We take every precaution to limit your personal liability while we’re on the job.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are proud to be a licensed contracting company with a broad range of certifications.
At what point in the planning should I hire a contractor?
It really depends on the type of project you’re pursuing. We have lots of experience working with drafters and architects directly, as well as with their technical plans.
If your project doesn’t require architectural plans, then it’s best to get us on the job right away. It’s much easier and more efficient to see a project through from beginning to end than to start somewhere in the middle of someone else’s work.
How do I find out how much my project will cost?
Give us a call and speak to an expert. Once we sit down with you to sort out the details and construction schedule, we’ll be in a good place to determine your cost of contracting services.
We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
